VO 10-410 fans are commonly used for ventilation in livestock, poultry, and other production facilities. The fan casing is made of bent galvanized steel, while the working wheel consists of a hub with six aluminum blades and a pulley, mounted on an axle with ball bearings. These fans are designed to handle temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C and can handle dust and other solid impurities at a concentration of up to 10 mg/m3.
Axial fans VO 10-360 are used for ventilating livestock, poultry, and other industrial premises. They are designed to move air or non-explosive, non-aggressive gas mixtures with temperatures from -40°C to +40°C, that are free of sticky substances and fibrous materials with a concentration of dust and other solid impurities not more than 10 mg/m3. These fans are manufactured in accordance with TU U 28 2-23812953-004-2018.
VOE-5 U2 is used for active ventilation of grain mounds in granaries, on the surface of mines, as well as closed dusty premises at agricultural enterprises and other industries where explosion-proof design of fans is not required. It is made with non-combustible fan blades and features a dust- and moisture-proof, single-stage design with a removable motor. The design of the fans allows to connect two in series, and, when required, three fans. It is able to handle air densities up to 1.2 kg/m³, temperatures from 233 to 313 K, dust content up to 50 mg/m³, and humidity up to 95% at 298 K, with optional configurations for 220/380 V voltage.
Axial transformer cooling fans VOT-360 and VOT-400 are used for ventilation in transformer substations, air heating systems, supply and exhaust ventilation systems of various technological installations, and for completing mechanical engineering products. These fans are designed for a temperature range of -30°C to +40°C and are suitable for use in macroclimatic areas with a temperate climate of the 1st placement category.
Low pressure axial fans VO 06-300 are used in oil and gas processing plants, refrigeration systems, welding installations, cooling tower packages, drying cabinets, and industrial facility ventilation systems. They are made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or dissimilar materials, and feature a cylindrical body with single suction, a direct drive and 3 blades with the option of right and left rotation. They vary in size from No. 3.15 to No. 12.5. These fans are designed to handle non-aggressive gas-air mixtures with temperatures up to 50°C, containing dust and impurities up to 0.01 g/m³, and can operate in temperate and tropical climates with temperatures from -40°C to 40°C (up to 45°C for tropical versions).
Axial directional flow fans VONP-32A and VONP-24A are used for showering workplaces with humidified air in hot shops of metallurgical, coke-chemical, and machine-building enterprises, and as blowing fans at enterprises of other industries. They offer 30% higher productivity (32,000 m³/h) compared to VONP-24, while maintaining the same power. These fans feature replaceable nozzles for adjusting the range and width of the air jet, a reduced weight, and a lower cost than the VONP-24 model.
Medium pressure axial fans V 2.3-130 are used to move air and other non-aggressive gases, containing dust and solid impurities up to 0.1 g/m³, and are designed for operation in moderate climate conditions where the temperature does not exceed 40°C. These fans are made from carbon steel, stainless steel, dissimilar materials, or aluminum alloy, and feature a single suction design with 12 blades, back-curved shoulder blades, and left rotation.
