Mine ventilation

We’ve got your needs covered

Whether you need fans for warehouses, factories, or other industrial settings, our team is committed to providing custom solutions that fit your exact requirements. With years of experience in fan manufacturing, we guarantee that each product meets the highest standards of reliability and efficiency

The VOD-21

The VOD-21 reversible axial two-stage fan is primarily designed for the main ventilation of coal mines and ore mines. It is also used in ventilation systems of other industries for transporting air and non-aggressive gases. The fan is versatile and can operate in both suction and discharge modes. The fan consists of an impeller with two working wheels, a straightening device, a directing device, a collector and a diffuser. The fan operates by reversing the airflow. This is achieved by changing the direction of rotation of the drive motor, simultaneously adjusting the angle of the blades in the directing and straightening devices by 153-158°. When the airflow direction is reversed, the fan delivers 60-70% of the airflow compared to its capacity when operating in non-reversed mode.

UVCG

The UVCG centrifugal type extraction fan is used in mining ventilation systems to prevent explosions caused by the mixing of methane with air. The fan extracts the methane-air mixture from the mine through a special ventilation duct, ensuring its safe transport to the surface. It minimizes vibration during the extraction process and ensures the supply of fresh air to the mine. The installation is operated from dedicated operator rooms and mounted on a special foundation on the surface. The fan operates in 228-323 K. temperature range, with density of methane-air mixture up to 1.2 kg/m³, dustiness of up to 50 mg/m³, methane content in the explosive mixture of up to 100%.

VMEVO

Explosion-proof local ventilation fans VMEVO are designed for ventilating dead-end mine workings in coal and ore mines, including those hazardous due to gas and dust. These fans are made of high-strength carbon steel, which increases their resistance to mechanical damage. The fan design allows for the sequential sectionalization of two or more units into a single unit for longer mine workings. An anti-burst device prevents pump-like operation and extends the fan’s working range. Brass protectors are used in areas of potential friction to prevent sparking, and the fan unit is equipped with brass threads. The fan units achieve high aerodynamic efficiency with minimal weight and size. Noise reduction devices are available upon request.

VC/VCD

Centrifugal fans of VC and VCD types are designed for use in the main ventilation systems of mines. These fans can also be used in other industrial installations to ensure sufficient airflow within the following parameters: atmospheric conditions with an air temperature range from 228 to 323 K, dustiness up to 150 g/m³, and relative humidity up to 98% (at 298 K) at altitudes up to 1000 m above sea level. The fans can operate in both suction and discharge modes.
